6 Ways to build a constant relationship with God

A man having his quality time with God

Everyone in the world has friends, among them there is a best friend that he feels comfortable sharing his life with. It can be your father, mother;sibling, other relatives, workmates, colleague and so on. The more you build  a strong relationship the more you get to know each other like knowing one's hobbies, family, characters, strenghts, weaknesses. Sometimes you ask yourself this question''How can I  have a constant relationship with my Father God"? .

Make daily prayer a must, and don’t be afraid to be honest with God, connect yourself with God in prayer as the Bible says in 1 Corinthians ''Pray without ceasing" ,start your day allowing Him to guide all your daily  plans ,imagine yourself expessing your feelings  to  Him  what is making you worry in life, sad, happy, suceess and achievements.

Spend quiet time with God, ensure that God's Holy Spirit is within you this will help you to be  revealed God's Will in your life, remember praying is not done at Church only this is why it is better for you to make a schedule for your  daily prayer but  this doesn't mean  that  sometimes God may want you to pray for a certain thing at a certain period of time.

Read your Bible, reading different books  seems boring to some people ,they may  not  be interested sometimes  especially when  it comes to the Holy Bible because it is spiritual ,someone can not understand it through man's wisdom but through God's Holy Spirit. When you start a journey to learn  it,you  may seem lost but Theologian people suggest that it is good to keep practicing reading it, the more you do it the more you get wisdom through it as Christ said to his disciples

Spend time with other believers, find friends that you can challenge amongst yourselves through different topics relating to the Bible.

Attend church regularly, the Bible says in Hebrews 10:25; “And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”  going to church encourages us to always remember our first calling that is making disciples Mathiew 28:19 and therefore to keep watch because we don't know the day or the hour Christ will come Mathiew 25:13, worshipping and praising together also brings happiness to Christians.

Live out your faith, the more you seek God the more your faith improves too.All your life is build up by faith that nothing in any situation you face can fear you, because the Bible says you are not given spirit of fear but of power and love,Timothy 2, 1:7
