Rwanda marks 30 years today remembering the genocide commemorated against the Tutsi in April; 1994. It was the time of tears and sorrows and shading of blood , the whole country was in darkness ; millions of people were killed and became the victims of how they were born. Victims were killed in so many ways through : raping women and young girls; murdering the victims with machetes and rifles.
Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) , armed group of people lead by Paul Kagame who was the Commander of RPF and is currently now the president of Rwanda invaded in Rwanda in 1990 planning to end the Genocide and reached their goal, then the country started to rebuild itself.

Taking one minute to remember the victims Respecting the genocide against the Tutsi victims
Today Wednesday 22nd - May - 2024; Nyarugenge Parish of Adepr Church, Christians , friends and distinguished officials from the government including the chief of "IBUKA'' in Nyarugenge district, remembered their fellow christians and friends who died in 1994 during the genocide against the Tutsi. They took one minute to remember them; lay flowers on the Memorial stone of the victims at Adepr Nyarugenge . Victims who are remembered are 63. The day started by going at Kigali Genocide Memorial at Gisozi; a visit done by Adepr Nyarugenge youth accompanied by senior pastor Reverend Rurangirwa Valentin ; and the governement officials where by they visited different rooms at the Memorial , learned and were explained about the history of the genocide ; then they continued at Adepr Nyarugenge Church.
Remembrance is not hatred but consideration and appreciation of those deprived of life because of their birth, said the chief of Ibuka.

Mayor of Nyarugenge district thanked Adpr church for it's role in reuniting and supporting people through different activites such as building shelters for the poor families of the genocide victims; joining them in remembrance; and helping them in giving information on time.
"Kwibuka tunigiramo amateka y'uko genocide yakorewe abatutsi mu 1994 yateguwe n'uko yahagaritswe'' ; said the associate senior pastor representing Adepr in Rwanda , Eugene Rutagarama.
