People say that  life has no balance to mean that today you may be ' Smiling' and tomorrow come 'Cries'. Life is build up of Ups and Downs, every one experiences this but when you are a Christian you get to go through it all because you know you're not alone that Father God is there.

You can choose to talk to your friend, family relative, workmate or a psychotherapist to comfort you but  still don't feel the 'Peace' that you need; the first and best comforting Zone one can find is in the' Holy Bible' when you read this Verses you find strenght and comforting words from them. Here are some of Bible Verses to comfort you in hard times that Biblical scholars suggests to read.

Jeremiah 1: 5, God knew you before you were even born,means He already had plans for your whole life  before you become a womb. Who you will become(job or career), family you will come from, who you will get married to, the children you will give birth to and anything else you will face in life.

Jeremiah 29:11, most Christians prefer to always experience  positive circumstances in life. No one hates living a happy life only, which is why every one wishes to not go through temptations. God says it all that whatever you may be going through He will strenghten you and provide you with what He sees you deserve to be given at that time.  

Philippians 4:6, don't get worried about your situation but instead give it to the Lord through ¨Prayer and thank Him for what He will do to solve it according to His Will. 

Isaiah 41: 10, have Faith that God will strenghten you in whatever situation you may experience, don't allow the devil fears you about tomorrow, you may be seeing that there's no way to get out of that circumstance but  remember God's ways are more than thousands you don't know where your answer from Him will come from.

Isaiah 40:29, you may feel tired, wondering why it just happened to you? If you have committed a sin to God so that it comes to you? ,  Ask yourself plenty of questions in your mind if God is  even seeing you when experiencing such situation?  Those flowing tears of  sorrow of yours,  the time you're feeling weak and have no words to say , God is and has always been there for you which is why you will feel in a second  His Joy yet you are not yet answered because God keeps His promises and  stands on His Word.
